Hugely disappointed and highly annoyed by CSurances or Finrite

I am hugely disappointed with dealing with CSurances. No one at CSurances can tell me what is occuring with my claim due to people not being able to find my forms or pull them.

I went into CellC Sandton I think it was the day after my phone was ****** & submitted my claim form. I then tried to phone the ********** 007 to find out what is occuring with my claim. The first time I got through, I got through to a gentlemen who told me that I need the time and date of when the branch submitted my forms. Which I think is totally ridiculous that one can't just pull the forms that was submitted or even be able to find them. Then I phoned again I got through to another gentlemen who told me that they are unable to pull the forms and that I must just wait 2 days to hear back from CSurances. Unsatisfied with that answer I phoned again and got through to a lady, which I explained

I would just like to find out the status of my claim. She then puts me on hold for 40 min, by 20 - 30 min things go silent. No one came back to the phone to tell me what was going on or what was happening with my claim.

The part that bugs and highly annoys me the most, is that I am made to sit on the phone for 40 min with no answer on the status of my claim. That no one that I spoke to could tell me something as simple as a status of claim. I do not have time to sit on the phone for 40 min for no one to tell me nothing. I work continuously through the day and unable to take time out, to fight and battle over just finding out something as simple as the status of a claim.

I highly doubt that other companies even government departments have such policy in place to keep a customer on the phone for 40 min to find out something as simple as that.

All I would like to know is the status on my claim and when I can expect to receive a new phone. I would like to get this sorted as soon as possible. Because I continuously use/used my phone for daily activities to monitor and maintain things in my lifestyle. I have literally been with out my or a smart phone for a week. I am unable to get certain things done because no one is able to tell me what is going on.
