Huge bill and sim swap
Good day
I have been trying to do a sim swap since tuesday and till today my sim card does not have network i cannot connect to internet i am tired of calling and nothing seems to happen another thing is that i am billed more than R1000 where this amount is coming from i do not know but one thing for sure i will not be upgrading with cell c because i was retrenched last year and i cannot afford to pay this bill and yet i get billed R1400 really a person who has an iphone or S21 does not even pay this much for a contract on top of that i have been trying to cancel getmore and mi assist since 2019
