Huawei Upgrade
Cell C offered me an upgrade from a Huawei P Smart 2019 to a Huawei P Smart 2021, which I accepted as I was happy with the old device but what they neglected to inform me during the transaction was that the new Huawei devices do not offer Google Services(Play Store) anymore, why would I upgrade to a new phone that does not have the services that I am accustomed to, now try and return the devices, what a problem this is turning out to be, totally ridiculous. So to everyone out there upgrading, stay away from CellC and Huawei

10 May 2021, 13:30That is exactly my point, Cell C retentions should have explained that, and then I would have rather taken a Samsung. I am wanting to swop the phone but am not getting the answers I am looking for and cannot get to speak to anyone in Management to resolve this matter.

10 May 2021, 15:21I have now had an SMS from Cell C to say a courier will collect the NEW phone and take it to the Cell C Service Repair Centre, What the Hell for, it is brand new, but it does not have the applications or permissions for the applications that I used to have. All I want is for Cell C to exchange it for a device that has these features but once again no one is listening. Super Frustrating
