After my last report I've submitted, I had 3 times calls from Cell C customer service consultants call me and which they promised to investigate and come back to me. I had to voice messages from Cell C on the number *** which is a data number, I've got no idea why they would call on this number as I've given my number *** for them to contact me. To present, my query still unattended but closed at Cell C as per the consultant I contacted this morning. I am sick and tired of the poor service I received from Cell C.
