*** - Huawei Router indicates "Internet not available"

Good day,

My Huawei Router is not functioning yet Cell C charges me every month. The number is *** I think ***** is being committed on my account. I get Usage exceeded SMS's. This is unacceptable!

More information: I have called several times to log a fault with regard to my mobile 4G Huawei Router account. The phone number in question is ***. I am still waiting for a manager to call me back.

On the 28th of December 2021, I spoke to 7 different agents each one trying to put me through to the technical department which is unreachable as the options presented when dialing *** are as follows:

1. New products 2. New Contracts 3. Customer service consultant

As you can see none of the options allows one to speak to the technical department. The last agent even cut me off. It's becoming too much of an expensive exercise as each call costs me money!

When I attempt to use my Huawei then it says that the Internet is not available yet Cell C takes my money every single month. I also get usage exceeded SMS's. How is that even possible?

The sms reads as follows : (also see attached)

Can someone please sort this out and also reimburse me with all the monies that I have lost over the last couple of months.

I am very frustrated and need this to be resolved ASAP.

I will report you to Hello Peter as well as on the different social media platforms. I expect this to be sorted out immediately as I will cancel my account with you all together.
