Huawei P9 Repair

<p>I went in to Cell C Menlyn on the 27th October to get advise on how to get my screen replaced since it had cracked but the phone was still working, the lady advised me that I can do it with them because it had a free screen replacement on the Huawei Warranty and she took my details and my phone and said i must wait 21days for it to be repaired and will let me know once it is back and never even offered me a phone while i had to wait that 21 days. I called in on Monday 21 November to ask if there is any progress on my phone only to be told they can't do that for me. On Friday 25th November I went in to check on my phone because the 21 days was up and no one bothered to let me know that the phone was there or not. A guy helped me, he was very friendly told me that they had replaced my Huawei P9 with a Huawei P9 Lite which is half the price of the phone that I bought and have to pay the same amount that i would have been paying for the P9, which I refused because I can't pay for a phone that is less than R300 and pay R679 which was meant for the P9 contract. I need this sorted out as I still do not have a phone and when I asked for a phone to use in the meantime while I still wait he told me that they have no phones. I need my P9 back so that i can find another way of replacing the screen or they cancel my contract at no extra cost because when I sent the phone it just had a cracked screen and I was not advised that there is no repairing but they give me a smaller phone which is not what I want. </p>
