HUAWEI P8 LITE REPAIR TROUBLES

I booked my Huawei P8 Lite in for a screen repair at your CELL C outlets. I then received an SMS stating that the assessment on the phone was completed (28/04/2017), that it was approved under the CPA Act, and that i should head to the store were i booked it in for a replacement. I did that (01/05/2017) , and the consultant assisting me mentioned that i was subjected to a replacement value of R1863... that not being bad enough, I am further told that Cell C no longer sells Huawei phones, so there is not even the remote chance that i could top up the replacement value to buy a new Huawei device... nor even have my "unrepaired" phone returned to me (given my phone was actually working fine, i was just not happy with how the screen looked...) ... how does this even happen- such poor service.

hoping you can be of better assisstance in alleviating my frustration!
