HUAWEI P40 Lite Black 128GB + Watch Gt 2e Black 46mm
Why do you guys advertise and promote deals that you have no stock of?? I tried getting a hold of someone that could help me but no one could... My contract is up for a renewal and i contacted 084145 to upgrade for this deal HUAWEI P40 Lite Black 128GB + Watch Gt 2e Black 46mm, i was told that it cannot be done over the phone and i have to go to a Cellc Store, i called 4 branches of Cellc, only to find out that they dont have any idea about this huawei gt 2e watch and the deal is only to be done via 084145, So i called up the call centre and spoke to an agent which was of no help... Called up another store in ballito and was told that they have no stock and have no idea when it will arrive, is there someone that can help!

Hi Noxy,
As per discussion, you have advised me that you are trying to get Cellc to give me the deal as advertised of R429 for the Huawei P40 Lite with Huawei GT 2E watch which they now want customers to pay R579!!!!!!!!
The website clearly states the deal of R429, why can’t Cellc honour what they are advertising.
Please pass this on to your seniors, as its ridiculous to advertise something and when applying be told its not available and we can’t get the offer.
Below is a screenshot of what is advertised.
I hope this is resolved before close of business today.
