huawei mate 7

<p>my son has a contract at cell c, he received a huawei mate 7 , after a couple of months the phone started swelling and battery life gave problems . we gave the phone in at kollonade montana, the manageress never sent phone in and we waited 3 months for feedback, after a big fight we received a new mate 7 phone from cell c. after 3 months of paying R500 pm without a phone! (manageress was dismissed)</p> <p>now 3 months later the new phone is doing exactly the same as previous phone!</p> <p>so we take it in to cell c and they say phone is out of warranty because contract is over a year old!</p> <p>so we will now have to pay 11 months contract fees without a phone?</p> <p>they have the history in front of them but nobody seems to have the brain power to realise that a phone has a 12 month warranty and thus is not dependent on contract being more than a year old.</p> <p>I ask is this fair !!</p> <p>why must we pay for a huawei phone that is giving continous problems?</p> <p>they know the situatuin but trying to sidestep</p> <p>my sons number is ********** 558,</p> <p>lets see what they come up with if they even awnser!</p> <p> </p>
