Huawei False Advertising not in line with CPA

Good day, I went to Cell C for an upgrade on contrace *** on 23-05-2015. We were looking at the the Blackberrys when the sales consultant for Huawei mentioned the special glass the Huawei phone is made of and the screen cannot crack or scratch. She even said we can take her Huawei and throw it on the ground, it will not break - I did not want to do it. I am sure they would see on the camera footage my amazement when she said throw it on the floor.<br> Now the cellphone slipped out of my husband's hand while getting into the car and the phone fell - result - the screen is cracked. We went to Cell C and the Huawei sales consultant informed us she would never say such a thing when selling the phone, which is a total lie. We would have never taken the Huawei (if she did not say what she said), but rather the Blackberry which we were interested in the first place. Now Cell C will not repair the phone at no cost, we have to pay for the repairs. What must I do now? the phone was sold to me on false information as the screen can definitely crack and it is not a special glass. I want the phone repaired at no cost or a new cell phone.
