HPRRENDOUS

So, all i need to do is change my debt order date, I phoned and they tell me they can change it now but it will only come into effect on 28th July, WHY?????. I change my debit order date on every other one of my debit orders and they are immediate. This is why I hate Cell C with a passion and cannot wait for my contract to end. Never ever again. Not only is their customer service **********, their signal where i live is atrocious although they say they have signal in my area. They tell me to change network to Vodacom but Vodacom is no existent in that area. CELL C YOU JOKE
