How many times should i call you?

This is now the only platform I feel I have the ability to voice my frustration with the service I'm currently receiving from Cell-C. Throughout the end of last year (2018) I would call cell c about the poor performance on my fibre line during peak time once a week - the performance was so poor that I would often be disconnected from all mobile devices as the internet speed was so slow (less than 0.5mb/s download). Each time I called there was a new escalation with the promise of contact within 2 working days to ensure my problem has been either resolved or what they can do to resolve the problem. upon my last call with them, I was informed that I needed to call VumaTel to book installation of a new fibre line as open serve (current host) can't handle the line. They (Vuma) informed me that installation had been booked but then cancelled, by who, no one knows. I called cell c to reorganise the installation of a new line and was informed that they would need to cancel my current line (which I would then be liable to pay for) so that they can install Vuma fibre. Frankly, this is DISGUSTING service from cell-c - having to constantly call them to find out what is going on because they do not call you. I'm paying for service 'X' being given 'Y' and being told that if I would like to receive the service I'm paying for I must pay for a cancellation - does that sound acceptable? I'm sure there was an act to prevent such poor business dealings with consumers? Malerato - in your call centre so far is the only person who has given me actual advise and actual reference numbers (CF035399) in order to resolve this problem. she needs a raise.

I'm now calling again for what feels like the 100th time. the service cell c provides is undoubtedly the worst service I have EVER received. there is always another escalation, always another excuse. this is resolved today, either by cancelling my contract and you can come to tear the lines out my walls at your own cost or you upgrade me to such a degree that I no longer experience the poor connection.
