How many times

I wonder how many times I have to write on here for cell c to sort my things out. The more I tell them in available only after 2 in the afternoons they still don't contact me. When u do phone them they on lunch and when u finally speak to someone no one has the same story and then they so impolite and think more they need to be angry instead of the customer. Till today I'm still awaiting cell c to tell me about my home router and after they send an sms stating there was a problem with it. One tells u they have problems with the router and a other one tells you it's not true. I just don't know if one can believe cell c any more and to top off it's the manager that is so miserable with me. I wonder if it would be best to get the news paper to come out to do a story regarding cell c as they just don't help or even better get cartblanch and see if they would react then
