How many agents does it take to get help?

How many agents does it take to change a number? I dont know I am still waiting I logged a case on 26th Nov, again on the 30th and then again on the 3rd Dec. My Ref number is *** My request is simple, I used to have a dual sim card but my phone currently is not. My contract line is ***, I get minutes, data and sms benefits. I now need them to be transferred to my prepaid line: ***. I was told this is going to cost 255 and it will take 2 working days. Well I am yet to see this being done

Also I called on the 26, 30, 2nd and 3rd all the agents I spoke to I gave them a 1 rating, I am surprised nobody has called me to understand as a contract member that nobody has called me to try and understand why I am this unhappy with Cell C service.
