How long must I wait

on the 8 of this month I've got a call from c surance saying they want a proof of payment, I told the lady that I've fax that slip 2 times , which she call me again some day ,she give me 2 option to choose a phone that I want and It must be delivered to cell c shop of my choice, they said I must choose another shop because they don't have Balfour park on the system.<br> Today Tsaki call me she said I must fax the claim form, am so ****ed off because I did fax the claim form twice, now I am waiting for a call that say I must fetch my phone....
