How long it gonna take to allocate my payment CellC

I'm still disappointed with Cell C I have paid R750 into their acc its been 3 weeks now the money is not reflecting into their account I have sent the proof of payment to ********** and at ********** and ********** but no one knows how to allocates the money I have been phoning everyday with no help. my contract number is ********** and have sent a proof payment more than 10 times. why CellC account department can't allocate my money, on my side I have used incorrect References no: I used Cell Contract instead of ********** this painful I regret having a contract with CellC their service is horrible
