How Long Does A Sim Swop Take

Its been two days and i still have not got someone to call me regarding a sim swop. <br> Cell C's process is to call in and then someone will call you back between 2-6 hours. My phone was ****** so i do not have a phone so i give them my work number and ask that they call me before 5pm. They don't do this. I then call on the second day and they say the same thing still no call, i call again and they \flag"it which means they will call in one hour"
