How I wish I could pour bleach all over something Cell C loves

<p>Back in May 2016 I was contacted by a Cell C consultant (Don Something), he told me that my upgrade (a 20 Gig data bandle for R199pm) was due and that Cell C was offering the same deal on promtion for R99pm. I agreed to the deal and confirmed all my details. The following two months I noticed that not only was I still being billed R199 per month but I was now getting 10gigs. So after a few complaints and peersitent calls they agreed to review the audio from the call and get back to me. I then got a call from a consultant that they had reviewed the audio and that my upgrade would be fixed and I would be refunded. Over six weeks later and the issue has not been fixed, and last week when i called the consultant claimed there was no audio for my phone call and that the matter was marked as "Resolved"! Over 5 reference numbers they gave me but nothing was fixed, now I am being billed R210 and still getting 10 gigs per month. </p>
