How does Cell C expect us to pay for their promos?

<p>Cell C has billed me R400 for a 3G promotion. Firstly when i took a contract with cellc for samsung note 5 in january 2016 i was supposed to get the eye gear with it as advertised on their monthly brochures...after having taken the contract and noone explained anything about the gear till i went to a different cellc store and was told i was supposed to get that with the phone. I let that go because i was not willing to get into a dispute over it although i felt it was false advertising. With the same contract I received a 3G promotion where I was supposed to receive 3G a month till the end of May. So this month I got billed R400 for that promotion. I call customer care and the lady who was supposed to explain to me why I was being billed for cell c's promotions was rude and kept talking over me. </p> <p>I have 3 contracts with cell c and was quite happy with their rates but I never experienced such at vodacom. It might be expensive but well worth it. Their services are always admirable. All I got is a statement that clearly shows what I was billed for but no explanation whatsoever why I am billed for Cell C's promotion. They do not even deserve the 1 star that I am rating.</p>
