HOW DOES A CONTRACT WORK
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE could a knowledgeable person phone me and explain to me HOW does a contract work. If I have a phone and a smart data contract for 1 GB how come I get told that my 100mb data has depleted and the PROMOTIONAL 1GB may not be used. What am I paying for???
