How do you deliver?

So I upgraded on monday the delivery was going to take 7 to 10 working days happiness.

Today someone from our building brings me a package from The Courier guy - its my cellphones.......

Here I am trying to figure out when it was delivered and to whom

1. I finally figured out it was delivered to the security I then went to the security to ask when it was delivered - it was delivered sometime yesterday The delivery guy told the security I phoned them and told them they must deliver to the security The security didnt know who I was so he kept the cellphone downstairs - only when someone asked him about it he said it was for me and they then brought it up to me

so I didnt get any notification that this was going to be delivered how could I have phoned the driver to say he must deliver to the security

Who would have taken responsibility if the phones got lost/******?

How do you delivery such and expensive item to just anyone - and the delivery note says call client before delivery

This client never got a call never got a notification for delivery

The poor security kept it safe but what if it was ******?
