How difficult it is to do sim swap

I called cell c call centre this morning to get a sim swap and was promised to be called with in 2 to 4 hours which i do not understand why, in any case i waited and i am still waiting it is 7 hours now since i have called, and i am trying to call back and i have been holding for 28 minutes.<br> all i wish for is to be assisted.
