How difficult can it be to blacklist my handset

<p>Dear Cell C</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone was ****** on 27th December 2016, i have contacted you via telephone and asked you to blacklist my handset. i was told to please go to a cell c store and so i went. The lady couldnt blacklist it some technical error. Well completed the documentation, waited two days and still not processed. Well called again and asked to see what the probelm is, the bloke said he will have to escalate as they cannot blacklist this phone. Well how difficult can it be, given the IMEI number?</p> <p>My reference number for case number is ********** 004</p> <p>My IMEI number is ***</p> <p>This is holding up my insurance claim</p>
