How Cell C really treats public

I have been receiving calls from a 084-134 number for the past week. Literally every hour on the hour my phone would ring. This morning, I decided to answer and request that Cell C stop phoning me. I was, however, met by a very hostile lady that insisted on speaking to my wife. When I asked her what this is all about, as I am the person paying the contract and I know that the contract is paid every month, she very rudely rep**** that I do not hold the contract, so she will not disclose information and MUST speak with my wife.

Now if this is the way Cell C deals with the spouse of a contract holder, that just happens to be using the contract, I am not only cancelling with Cell C, but will make sure to inform every person I know, how Cell C treats the public.

If the contract was not paid or if there were any financial issues, I might understand, but since I am the person paying this contract every month, I know we are up to date.

I am not leaving this matter here and will definitely escalate this further.
