HOW CAN YOU CONCLUDE A CASE WITHOUT EVEN PHONING ME FIRST, WHICH IF YOU PHONED ME YOU WOULD KNOW IT IS ABOUT MY FEBRUARY ACCOUNT, NOT THE PRO-RATA FROM THE JANUARY ACCOUNT, WHICH I HAVE RESOLVED.
IT IS NOW THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE HAD THIS PROBLEM IN TWO WEEKS AND THE LAST TIME IT WAS ABOUT MY DECEMBER ACCOUNT, WHICH MEANS THAT THEY ARE ALL SEPARATE QUERIES.
