Cell C and service wow ya what can I say, after 23 ridicolous days of waiting for a new handset after you sent me a 2nd hand handset, and countless calls to cell about your bad to no service not to speak about ther empty promises, every other day promised a new handset and promised 3 months free service because of your bad service now its this and that excuses everywhere , We are in the process of doing change of ownership and will be done by next month 13th November as the person told me. Nos im wondering if Cell C sends me 2nd hand phones and empty promises why did I even continue my contract. This is by far the worst service ever and the 2nd Cell C operator that did not have problem about complaints on hellopeter. If you read my first complaint you will realize how tired I am of you and your empty promise. I want my form that states free service for your bad service as promised you can listen to the recordings!!!. really wished I moved from cell c to another network as this is not service this is headaches.
