how are u guys still in business

<p> I booked my device in for repairs on the 06 June 2016. And yes I know the turn around time is 14-21 days...... But when I call in with a ref number I expect and update on my device that I pay for every month...... However I have been dealing with the Cell C V&A Waterfront how incompatible the staff members are no one can give you straight answer. Everything you can they have to check with a manager and when you ask to speak to the manager he or she is never available. ........... So I would like an exact update of my device ASAP....... This is unacceptable that no one can provide feedback on a repair. The ref numbers are: 11475 and 15400.</p>
