Hounding me for payment but my account is up to date!!!!!!!!! And no delivery on upgrade!!!!!!!

Cell C keeps hounding me about my account that is arrears, my debit orders have gone off each and every month. I had the same issue in 2021 but when Moses Mo***eng called me he ensured me that the account is not in arrears and that it is a system error????? Why is Cell C hounding me again and sending warning letters????? When the consultant calls I tell them the situation and ask to escalate and get back to me but they NEVER do and then I just get a different consultant calling me the next day!!!!!!!!! Cell C I am tired of this! The account number that you say I am owing on is not even the same account number that I get a statement for every month????????? Secondly I upgraded on the 14/02 and still no delivery due to no stock, ok fair enough but when Kagiso called me he said he would mail me options that are available and guess what........that mail must be lost because I am still waiting!!!!!!!!! This needs to be sorted ASAP, Cell C HAS NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON!!!! I am tired of Cell C now really :-( Why offer and advertise phones you do not have in the FIRST place?????? Cell C is really giving me a hard time! I used to always praise Cell C but lately the service is terrible.
