Horror at Cell C

<p>It is such a horrible experience to get cell c to cancel a contract because they tell you different information each time you call. the billing department is not aware of what the cancellation department is doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>It takes a client numerous calls and months to have cell c cancell your contract. From call centre agents who tells you different stories to why your contract was not cancelled to searching for voice recording to prove that indeed you have cancelled the contract to supervisors promising to call you back to being tolf not to reverse stop orders.</p> <p> </p>
