HORRIFIED SERVICE BY CELLC

<p>on the 7.06.2016 i went into cellc store in cavendish cape town, i booked in my phone for repairs, i was advised that it would take up to 21 working days for my phone to be repaired, i went into store 2 weeks later asking if there is no feedback they adviced that the handset was sent to headoffice as the they would speed up the process. i went into store today 27/06/2016 asking for feedback a lie was told to my face saying that the phone came back however it was not repaired. i am fumed with anger to explain my situtation My bill is R700 on a monthly basis... what am i suppose to do in this case </p> <p> </p> <p>i am a business woman who trains people on a daily basis and need to keep contact as one of the business requirements would be networking </p> <p> </p> <p>Please Help Call me </p>
