Horrific!!! terrible service !!! from Cell C

I called on the 11/05/2016 and opened a new line for a tablet and sim card. I received the delivery on Thursday. I called Friday to activate the line as it was keep on saying "Not registered on network". I was told to remove sim card and wait for few minute and then reinsert sim card and it will work. I did that and again it did not work. I called back and was told to do the same process but wait like half an hour more to switch phone on. But again it did not work. The entire weekend the tablet was switchef off as i was away. I called back 17/05/2016 to client service who did security checks but could not assist who then transferred me to technical department who again did security checks and then informed me that i have the wrong sim card as to what she have on the system. Cell c sent wrong sim card and I must do a sim swop. Transferred back to client care who again did security checks who said i must to a self service pin. Did that and came back to same consultant who then said he is transferring me to sim swop department but i go back to a stupid irritating voice mail saying welcome to account management. Option 2 was what i was supposed to select but that option just did not want to work. I was on the line for 40minute. No one came back to check if i was assisted. I called back and the lady that assisted said to hold as she wants to speak to her manager to see if she can assist. She then put me on hold and before i knew it she cut the call. I called back and this time i am very mad. I told the consultant everything. She gave a reference number *** for the sim swop number ***. I called from my cellphone which was ***. Fault came from Cell C side and customer must run around getting things sorted. What a **** service received. Where is the customer service? Why can't a client be assisted telephonically for the mistake Cell C made? Why must we call back so many times to get assistance and be transferred to so many staff who don't know what to do?
