Horrific Sim swop experience with Cell C

I had to do a sim swop due to my wife losing her phone. I chose to go to Cell C shop in Cape Gate mall, because I had a friend who recently lost R30 000 through somebody else donig a sim swop using his details. I prefer to work and see the peoples' names and detsils etc, helping me. So if there is any *****, I know who was involved and that would help police and investigators finding culprits easier.

However at the shop they asked me to remember the last five numbers my wife has dailed, before they could assist. If we can't remember then they can't help and only online people can help, who by the way, did not even ask the last five numbers! How pathetic is that? My wife can't even remember where she left her phone, how would she remember the last five numbers dialed in a specific order? For me as the customer it is all about safety, nobody would be willing to pay back the R30 000 if somebody gers access to my bank account! So why can't I choose the safe way. The people helping me online in English, their 2nd or 3rd language, with names you have to take 15 minutes to write down and confirm etc.

Pathetic Cell C I am dissapointed being such a loyal customer for so long, you did not take or help me in my distress!
