Horrific Service from Cell C

At the beginning of this year contract ended - went into cell C Somerset Mall to cancel the contract (with my Dad) who is unable to speak cause of a stroke. The consultant said the contract ends of that particular month but as I was there I could pay for half a month and cancel the contract there and then. I then had to walk to Nedbank in the mall in order to pay this amount and come all the way back to Cell C (as you cant makethe payment at Cell C) and show him proof of the payment. He then said the contract will be cancelled and that only "benefits" will be for that period and not the whole month. Since then Cell C has tried to take another month off????? I had to go back into Cell C again with my Dad and they said Cell C sees this as an early cancellation???? I was told when I was there that I could cancel it and pay it there and then. Why would I do a early cancellatin for a few days before the end of the month???? I explained this to the Manager at Cell C who said he would come back to me. No response - total shocking service. So basically we paid one and a half month for a month????? I only went on what the consultant told us we could do???? Now they have handed over this amount. Are Cell C *********** other customers like this - which is blatant *****ing from your customers. The customer service line is non existent and totally unacceptable. Why go to a branch when the Manager and the Consultants tell you incorrect information and then dont even bother to sort out their own mess??
