Horrific service!!

If there was a -5 option i would choose it!! There is absolutely NO LEVEL OF SERVICE whatsoever at Cell C. Nobody takes accountability and nobody is willing to do their jobs and sort out any kind of problem. Two weeks ago i paid almost R6000 via EFT, only to have that same amount deducted AGAIN the following day. I have been enquiring about my reinbur*****t eversince but every time the case just gets escalated. I seriously don’t know what i have to do to get assistance but YOH this is PATHETIC!!
