Horrific Service

Signed up for the Cell C fibre, did not have any service for the month of March, kept calling to get assistance however nothing was done. April I was double charged for March and April, again I have been calling Cell C for a refund for the month of March and to date the "escalations" and "call backs" have not been done. I was only activated and connected April 8th to the service, I am really not happy with the service I have been provided with, no resolution whatsoever, very quick to deduct money though. Refund still has not been processed.
