Horrific experience
If I could give cell c customer service 0 stars I would. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. Agents can't even speak english. How does CELL C employ people that cannot understand nor speak English. How do you expect clients to be assisted. The agent Mudsia Sejaka was so slow dumb and illiterate I can't understand how he is an employee at cell c.i am astonished
