Horribly service

My Acc was debited for no reason. Without them informing me. Then phone to find out why today after I phoned a lot of times before and asked that they debit on the first. Then the manager among gives never puts my request though because due to bad network services my call gets cut three times. I am so sick of cell c fails advertising's they are a bunch of *****'s and there service is trap. Who ever said the were the bet needs to go for help. I am cancelling this contract as they arec bunch of *****'s.
