Horrible Upgrade Experience

Their upgrade service is horrible. Did a upgrade for a particular phone only to be sent a powerbank and router. Cancelled the contract and returned the devices, few months I noticed i am still being invoiced for a cancelled contract. After many calls the contract was now cancelled, but then boom was charged a hefty cancellation fee. Had to follow up again to get a refund which I have not received. What kind of experience is this.
