Horrible to None Exciting service Form Cell C

Hi.

I have to warn people that Cell C service became extremely poor. In fact it is none existent. I have had an issue with my account for the last four months where they say I owe them money but i know for a fact I am paid up to date. I have sent numerous mails, called them to no avail I just get threatened that they will disconnect me but they do not even attempt to call me and rectify this. They do not repsond to the mails and if they do it is like a week or two later just to advise that they have escalated it, and that is that. No further communication, nothing.

So think twice before going to Cell C. They are quick to get you to take out a new contract but once you have done so you are just a number.
