Horrible staff

Just called Cell C to find out why I was billed full amount on on 25Aug2026 when my contract ended on 8Aug2026, I was patronised, spoken to like a child and even heard “iyohh” at the end of the call, that’s how exhausted your staff member Priscilla was after taking me through a mere explanation which is supposed to be her job 😂 I see why this is the most struggling network provider, you guys suck for sure.
