Horrible, Shocking Service

I have been a client of Cell C for 6 years, loyally paying my account even throughout the lockdown and salary cuts. Recently Cell C has made the decision to remove my payments via debit order which resulted in me having to make EFT payments. Doing so, I send the proof of payment to their proof of payment department. Today, I received a sms stating that they will be cutting my service as my account is in arrears, I phoned the customer service department, the first agent K spoke to was so unhelpful that I had to phone a hour later again and explain the whole story again. The next agent I spoke to asked me send all the proof of payments to her, 4 hours later, 2 follow up emails and I still have no feedback as to what they are doing to resolve the problem. Cell C already received my money, yet they want me to pay R2500 for payments that were already made. I have never received such shocking service from Cell C and I am at the point of contacting my attorneys and laying a theft case against Cell C.
