HORRIBLE SHAHID FROM CELL C EASTGATE

I just visited Cell C Eastgate for a sim swap and I got such HORRIBLE SERVICE from an agent by the name of Shahid. He called me to his counter while on a phone call. I sat down, he didn’t even give me a second look or greet me, he just continued with his phone call and took out a piece of paper and pen and said to me “number” and carried on. I wrote down my ID number and had to write down that I was on lunch so he could get off the phone and help me. He eventually got off the phone and gave me attitude for writing down my ID number instead of my cellphone number. I then said to him “but you were on the phone so I didn’t hear you, please apologize to me” he LAUGHED! I am so appalled. I am NEVER GOING BACK TO CELL C just because of this guy.
