HORRIBLE SERVICES WITH CELL C

Good day,

Trust you are well

I have had such horrible experiences with Cell C. I had a contract with them for 24 months and November was supposed to be my last month. According to the policy I had to call them and put through my cancellation a month before, I had called in October and spoke to a consultant to put through the cancellation. Last night when I called in to find out why my SIM card is not prepaid as yet , all I got from them was that I did not put through a cancellation as they have no note on the system. Is it my fault that they don't have a note on the system, must I keep a call record every time I call them?. I was told to call in the morning to speak to the supervisor, I called in now and the supervisor says to me that he needs to do an investigation. How much longer will they now take, they want me to pay an additional month just for their mistakes. I am very upset, why are some of Cell C Staff so inefficient, I must pay for their faults. I have always had problems with them and I would never want to take a contract with them again!!!

Good morning Ronelle

In line with the terms and conditions of the subscriber agreement, you are required to provide a calendar month notice in order to have your contract cancelled on its maturity date.

If this agreement is not cancelled during the contract period or on expiry of the contract period and is not renewed, then this agreement will run for the contract period and then on a month-to-month basis until the agreement is cancelled.

We will get one of our team members to assist.

Good day, I think you have misunderstood my post. I had contacted the Call centre on 15/16 October 2018 to provide my one month notice. The call centre agent did not put a note on the system. When I called in yesterday I was told there is no note. Is it my fault that your agent did not put a note despite me telling them too. My contract was supposed to end in November 2018 and I had provided a notice in October. Why must I pay an additional payment in December for your faults?.
