Horrible service worst choice ever to choose you

its almost two months waiting for feedback on my insurance claim,do you find that normal i'm in need of a phone but i have waited almost two months for it is this how you treat your customer ?You are telling me claim is under review for almost two months than your consultants will be calling me non stop with basically no feedback just because they saw a complaint on this platform you guys are not serious.
