horrible service received

wish it was possible to write a review without even giving you guys one star because the service i received this morning is uncalled for. I only need someone to advise why I did not receive the data bundle i upgraded to. all i want to know is when will the new package i upgraded to , kick in? I upgraded from 5gb to 10gb day +10gb night data. I have been transferred to 7 agents already. i took time to call you guys and being kept on the line that long is not what I had expected. cut the story short. was I upgraded to 10gb day & 10 nite or not? or can one of your agents at least contact me to advise when I can terminate my contract with you guys.
