Horrible service, not a care in the world for customers

I'd rate it less if I could. They know my story and how many times I've tried making arrangements to sort it out. Instead, I get fed Sh%*& and threatened?! This is how you treat customers who've been loyal for a decade?? No, rather than assist, we'll keep charging him, keep running up his bank account with failed debits!! the amount of bank fees i have to pay just because someone decided not to do their job?? Are you going to pay that back or deduct it from the fees you're expecting of me?? After I asked you numerous times not to, after I sent you the paperwork more than once. You want money from me, but you can't assist me? I can't even call your customer care line because you cut my services after I've asked you for help?? I'm still waiting for a call back since March!! Even their so called legal team makes promises and don't follow through! I want a call back from someone who can actually do their job and assist me. Not your call center agents reading from a damn script!! I'm sure you can find my number from my "case number" ***
