Horrible service im so annoyed

Alright i have a contract with cell c and its expiring in feb u called in to request a commitment amount to have an early cancellation then my number can be changed to prepaid i then paid the Amount and called in to have the contract canceled i was promised it will be done in 24hr however for the past 4 days i have been calling in and each agent tells me the same story of 24 hrs but 96 hours later im still waiting for this contract to be cancelled can somebody give me clarity here what is going on???
