Horrible service from Cell C Sandton city

I went in to cell c Sandton City this afternoon to try get a Data sim as I've been seeing on TV that there is a data x3 megabonus deal. I was interested in finding out how that works and what prepaid packages are available.<br> An indian Gentleman (and when I call him gentleman I'm being extremely generous) I explained the deal as I had seen it on tv and told him I had been looking for that deal. He proceeded to push me to other deals that would suit his commission to which I rep**** I'm looking for the X3 deals. he went to fetch a sim to which we Rica'ed with yet another Indian \Gentleman\" and they proceeded to want to charge me R299. When I said that not what I'm looking for they became irate with me and started taking a condescending tone with me. They said that's what I asked for and that was not what I asked for. They proceeded patronise me like I was an idiot who didn't know what I was looking for. This is totally unacceptable I refuse to be treated in this way by service provider. I don't know if its cause I'm black seem illiterate but I worked in retail for 5 years and would never treat a customer like they did. I was so angry but I'm not the kind to cause in shops."
