Horrible Service from Cell C
I have settled my account with Glo-Cell; however Cell C took over the Glo-Cell book in 2019 and now insists that I still owe them for a contract paid off in 2017 June. An amount of R4888 was paid to settle this account. I have submitted proof of payment and now I am being advised that they don't have proof of settlement. I have been listed on ITC for R396 and R150, this has inconvenienced my life. Please get your facts right and deal this issue as a matter of urgency. I expect to hear from you.
