Horrible service from Cell C

Cell C is a horrible and the staff is very ***********. My contract was ending in October 2020. I requested my contract to terminated on 14 October. I was informed that it takes a month and will be terminated on 14 November. This never happened. I have been trying to get this resolved but to no avail. Now they are planning to debit my account this month. I will not suffer because of Cell C's incompetence and they staff's ineptitude. I AM VERY ANGRY AND DISGUSTED WITH THEM
